Someone else's method, always available
This is built on the working method of a senior professional coach. It does not give advice, write your emails, or tell you what to do. It reflects back what you have said, notices what you circled twice, and helps you see a decision or a relationship more clearly than you could alone.
You type. It answers. There is no session length, no calendar, and nobody waiting on the other end for you to finish your sentence.
People who think better without a person in the room
Coaching apps usually fail because they replace a relationship with content. For a lot of people — and very often for those of us whose minds work a little differently — the absence of another person is not the compromise. It is the point.
No face to read. No pause you have to fill. No sense of a professional forming an opinion while you find the words. Several people have told us they say the true thing sooner here than they would out loud.
Plainly, before you start
- It is an AI. Not a human coach, and not ICF-credentialed. It supports your reflection; it does not decide for you.
- It is not therapy, and not a medical or diagnostic service.
- It is not a crisis service. If you are in real distress, contact your local emergency number or someone physically near you.
- It is an early prototype. Please keep genuinely sensitive specifics general.
What we can honestly promise today
We would rather under-claim than have you find out later. As of August 2026:
- Your conversations are yours alone. No other person using this can see them, and we do not read them for research or marketing.
- The system runs on our own hardware in Denmark. The language model behind it is Mistral, a French company, on their European endpoint.
- It remembers a little between conversations so it is actually useful — and you can open that memory, read every word of it, and delete anything.
- The processor agreements are not signed yet. Until they are, this is a prototype rather than a service, and we say so rather than printing a compliance badge.
That last line will change. When it does, this page will say what changed and when, not quietly improve.
Four steps, no surprises
- You ask for an invitation below. It takes one field.
- A person — not a system — reads it and replies by email, usually within a few days.
- If it is a fit, you get a link and an account. There is no public sign-up, deliberately.
- You open it and start writing. Nothing is scheduled. You can stop whenever.
